I did my hajj with Hafsa Travels this year (2023). Throughout the pilgrimage, their team went above and beyond, taking exceptional care of all the hajis. I was impressed by their service and highly recommend them to others.

Amazing journey. I joined the group from Abu Dhabi and my rest of the family members from Sri Lanka. Hafsa Travels had done all the arrangements well and huge thank to Mr.Rinas for fast and prompt respond when ever required for informations. Both hotels in Macca and Madeena is so close to the mosque. food was great.

Alhamdulillah! Completed our Umra with satisfaction thanks to Hafsa Travels. It was easy to coordinate with Hafsa Travels from the beginning to the end of our journey. The Moulavis accompanying us were very friendly and made sure we were educated of the history and were clear of any doubts during our historic tours in Makkah and Madina. Since it was my first umrah, the Moulavi took us through step-by-step, including the prescribed and authentic duas. Rooms in Makkah and Medina were closer to Masjid -Al Haram/Nabawi (400-500m) and neat, clean and comfortable. Transport between destinations was generally comfortable. All-in-all, was worth the money we spent. I would certainly recommend Hafsa Travels to anyone new and repeaters of Umra/Hajj. Jazakallah Khairan!

Overall a very satisfactory level of service was provided , Hotels and food was very good . The Moulavi in charge of carrying out the daily proceedings was brilliant . They made a genuine effort to ensure all pilgrims had a fulfilling experience. However an area for improvement would be better coordination of the timings , people travel times , logistical arrangements as there were multiple groups merged together and it can get messy and delay proceedings as small groups of people had different schedules and travel times depending on the day they came
